What fresh produce do you want to produce in a garden plot? Do you know how to plan and prepare a space to reach that goal? Come learn some answers and get some new ideas from Caroline Abbott, a local sustainable farmer who manages the Sowing Seeds of Hope Community Garden for First Baptist Church of Otsego. The program -- "Gardening Dreams - Planning Your Produce Plot" -- is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, February 12, in the basement Event Space of the Education Resource Center. It will last about 90 minutes. Caroline will explain how to plan a garden plot to produce what you will use, to gather supplies and prepare to plant the plot, and to cultivate the beds to reap a bountiful harvest.
